2. Goal Setting and Strategy
Working together, we’ll set out long, medium and short term goals in the key areas of the business, to make sure we know what we’re aiming for and when we can achieve it. This is what gives us our purpose and what drives the next stage…
3. Planning and Action
Setting clear, measurable actions to achieve goals. Setting timeframes for achievement and making sure that everything is linked at all times back to the goals set. Included in this is all business development planning, financial forecasting, recruitment planning, infrastructure planning, and contingency preparation. Essentially this is where we sort out the details of how we’re going to get to where you want to be.
4. Management and Review
Ongoing review of action and the progress towards our goals is what will keep us on track and focused. This is where we start to see the positive difference we’re making to your business and where we have the opportunity to make adjustments to our actions to make things even better.
